Melbourne is enjoying, no, wrong word... Melbourne is recovering from the long weekend. Two days ago we experienced crazy hail storms. It was good that I was home, safe and sound with my dog. But my husband, had the car parked on the rooftop of a city parking spot, and today we discovered the damage it has caused our car... After waiting more than an hour on the phone, on hold, with our insurance company, we finally spoke to a customer service representative and it will cost us $500 of excess fee to fix and repaint the entire car.
